CO-FOUNDER & PROJECT DELIVERY DIRECTOR

Dhillon leads the on-site, client-facing and project delivery side of DCW Services. His role includes site visits, job scoping, quoting, client communication, team coordination, hands-on work and quality checks across a wide range of property maintenance, repair and improvement projects.

As a licensed real estate salesperson, Dhillon brings valuable property knowledge to the business, including an understanding of presentation standards, tenant and owner expectations, maintenance requirements and the importance of protecting long-term property value.

He is both practical and hands-on. Dhillon is not only involved in assessing and coordinating work, but also works alongside the team at key stages of a project to ensure the job is understood properly and completed to the expected standard. His strength is in reading the situation on site, identifying workable solutions and keeping jobs moving even when unexpected issues arise.

Known for his calm, friendly and people-focused approach, Dhillon is often the main point of contact for clients, tenants, property managers, suppliers and contractors. He is strong under pressure, practical in his decision-making and experienced in managing people, timelines and shifting site requirements.

At DCW Services, Dhillon is the face of project delivery — hands-on, solutions-focused and committed to making sure clients receive clear communication, reliable service and work completed with care.

Crystal leads the business, systems and strategic side of DCW Services. Her role focuses on the structure behind the work, including business processes, quoting systems, documentation, written communication, commercial decision-making, operational improvements and the long-term direction of the company.

With a background in Information Systems, business process and operations, Crystal brings a systems-based approach to the property maintenance industry. Her focus is not only on completing individual jobs, but on building the structure needed for consistent service, clear communication and professional accountability across the business.

Before DCW Services, Crystal moved into management at a young age and led a team of more than 20 staff. Her responsibilities covered staff leadership, administration, finance, customer disputes, operational standards and profit and loss awareness. That experience shaped her understanding of how a business needs to function behind the scenes — not just at the customer-facing level.

At DCW Services, Crystal is the engine behind the operation. She works largely behind the scenes, but her role is central to how the company communicates, documents, prices, plans and improves. Her strength is in seeing the wider picture, identifying gaps, strengthening processes and making sure the business is built for long-term reliability rather than short-term completion only.

Strategic, analytical and commercially focused, Crystal provides the operational backbone of DCW Services — helping ensure the company delivers not only practical work on site, but also the systems, structure and standards expected from a professional maintenance company.
